We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives on building complex, high-scale enterprise systems. You'll work across the stack — from architecting data models to polishing user experiences — on projects that genuinely matter to our clients' operations.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs (Node.js, Python, or Java)
- Develop responsive, accessible front-end applications in React or Next.js
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and client stakeholders
- Participate in technical architecture decisions and code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
- Help ensure performance, security, and reliability at enterprise scale
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, Go)
- Solid React/Next.js experience with TypeScript
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of REST/GraphQL API design patterns
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong communication skills — you'll work closely with clients
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Background in enterprise software (ERP, CRM, healthcare, finance)
- Contributions to open-source projects
